Well, here it is. My first ever blog post. I am planning on updating this at least once a month, with photos that showcase creation mostly. I like artsy photos and effects. If you have any suggestions I would love to hear them, since I am self-taught and somewhat new at this.

These photos are of a pumpkin farm outside of Gilbert that we recently visited.

I love the way the pumpkins were piled in the back of trucks and laid out on wagons!

There were so many cool and funky shaped gourds! I had a hard time choosing which photos to upload.

 

The variety of goods they have is wonderful! I was like a kid in a candy store! It does not need to be said that i had a hard time not buying at least one of everything.

This looks like a green apple at first glance, but it is not. Anyone know what it is?

I love Indian Corn, all of the colors are so beautiful!

Okay, Honey Straws are my favorite things ever! The taste of the fresh honey in this tiny little straw. The way you can eat the honey without having to put it on bread or something. Delicious!

Love the rustic barn in contrast to the perfect blue sky.

This close-up really showcases the interesting texture of a tiny, pumpkin-like gourd.

The two grew so close together, they became one. Is there a lesson there?

My Grandpa entered the Our Iowa "Tallest Corn Contest" this is a sample of his crop. Look how large the kernels are!
